At Colony, every piece is made with intent. We’re not about mass production — we’re about delivering quality, even if it takes a little patience.



Order Processing



All orders are processed within 10–15 business days.

Once your order is confirmed, we get to work — packing, checking, and making sure it reaches you exactly how it should.


During drops, launches, or high-volume periods, processing time may extend slightly. We’ll keep you updated.



Shipping Time



  • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)



Delivery timelines may vary based on your city, courier availability, or unforeseen delays.



Shipping Charges



  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected drops or limited-time offers.




Order Tracking



Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your package in real time.



Delays



We don’t like delays either. But in cases like:


  • High order volumes
  • Weather disruptions
  • Logistics issues



Your shipment might take longer than expected. If it does, we’ve got your back — just reach out to us.



Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery



Make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.



Lost or Damaged Packages



If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order details.
